Hi Said,

Did you try holding down the WINDOWS key and pressing the "P" and you get to see the options to Disconnect?

If the monitors dialog seems to be showing on the non existant LCD you could try
WINDOWS KEY + "P"
LEFT ARROW
LEFT ARROW
ENTER

Your laptop is probably set to extend your desktop onto the projector instead of duplicating it. Since you're using Windows, press Windows + P and select Duplicate.

In Extend mode, you should be able to drag icons or programs back and forth between your laptop's desktop and the projector. In Duplicate mode, your icons, open programs, etc. should show up on both the laptop and the projector.

Regards,
Lokesh

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
