Hi,
The blue screen is being caused by the igdkmd32.sys. It’s the Intel onboard graphics driver. You can try the below steps to solve this problem: Step 1: Download the latest graphic card drivers (chipset drivers) from the device manufacturer’s website and save it on the desktop http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the graphic card drivers a)Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager. b)If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. c)In Device Manager, locate the display adapter and then double-click the device name. d)Click the Driver tab, and then click uninstall Driver (including the driver software) and follow the instructions. Right click on the driver package saved on the desktop and hit “Run as administrator” to initiate the installation. I hope this helps. Regards, Lokesh |
