Hi Arjun,

PC Reviver includes the essential tools to help you restore optimum performance to your PC.
In addition to these tools, you get access to a number of resources to help you troubleshoot and fix problems you might be experiencing.

You should try to disable Norton 360 at the time you are using PC Reviver and then you can turn it on afterwards.
