Position: Marketing Coordinator

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide assistance to the sales and marketing teams in the areas of marketing communications, marketing campaign management, sales development and management, and other marketing related functions as required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing development of sales & marketing materials
  • Identification and implementation of tactical direct marketing campaigns
  • Managing public relations efforts for tradeshows and events
  • Managing customer communication plans
  • Preparation and management of status reports for projects
  • Other supporting activities to the sales & marketing team

Software Developer

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide assistance to the core development team with technical leadership, design and drive and a commitment to structure and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance scalable features
  • Contribute to technical research on new technologies
  • Offer peer technical assessments in areas of expertise, new technologies and software design
  • Research problems and implement solutions
  • Other supporting activities required in the development department

Tech Guru and Evangelist

Position: Tech Guru and Evangelist

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This role has 2 main responsibilities while sharing the same key objective - to provide expert advice regarding technical problems. Firstly to our customers, you will be the go to person to help them love their computer again. From responding to direct requests, to publishing articles on common technical problem themes you're seeing, you'll soon become the oracle for all things troubleshooting. Next, you'll be the voice of ReviverSoft on forums and other web properties. As with helping our customers, you'll be helping users of the respective sites troubleshoot their issues to get them back up and running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to customer technical problems
  • Support the customer care team for high level technical support
  • Outreach on web properties that require in depth technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Represent ReviverSoft on web properties for technical troubleshooting issues
  • Create articles to help customers repair, optimize and maintain their computer
  • Provide technical input for company webinars

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Quality Assurance
Location: Walnut Creek, California

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA Engineer) is responsible for all testing of software before it is released to the public for use. The SQA Engineer designs and develops Quality Assurance (QA) testing programs to detect software performance issues, and develops standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. The SQA Engineer is responsible for managing a team of QA personnel and also the company's beta community along with working directly with software engineers to fix the problems found during testing. The SQA Engineer documents software defects and problems and conducts historical analyses of test results to inform future product development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop software test plans, programs and procedures to identify software performance problems and their causes
  • Conduct (or direct others to conduct) software testing across various programs, hardware, operating systems, and network environments to determine functionality, operability, and durability of software
  • Test software in various scenarios/usage conditions and document test procedures and results
  • Write reports for developers detailing performance results and identify follow-up tasks for developers
  • Review and test software solutions and fixes created and implemented by developers
  • Participate in product development and product design reviews

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering (or equivalent), required.
Experience: 2 years experience working with QA teams and testing C++ based software is preferred.
