1. You can uninstall SpyHunter4 by using the Add/Remove Programs option.

1. Click Windows Start, and then click the Control Panel item.
2. Click on Programs and Features.
3. In the Programs and Features window, Right-click SpyHunter or RegHunter. Once SpyHunter or RegHunteris highlighted, click on the Uninstall button.

Once SpyHunter Uninstall window appears, it will ask you if you're sure you wish to remove SpyHunter. Click Yes to start the uninstallation process. This will start the uninstallation process.

2. By using the 'Uninstall SpyHunter' option.

1. Click Windows Start.
2. Select Programs or All Programs.
3. Look for the SpyHunter folder, open it and then click on the Uninstall SpyHunter option.
4. Confirm that you wish to uninstall SpyHunter or RegHunter and follow the steps that appear on the SpyHunter or RegHunter screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall it, then follow the below methods:

1. Using the Microsoft Fixit Tool

1. Visit Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
2. Click the Run Now button under "Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled."
3. Click the Run button when your browser asks if you want to run the installer.
4. Click Yes if User Account Control asks for authorization to make changes.
5. Click Accept in the Fix It pop-up window to complete installation.
6. Select Detect problems and apply fixes for me from the dialog box when Fix It starts.
7. Select Uninstalling when prompted for the type of help you need.
8. Select the program you wish to uninstall from the list and click the Next button.

2. Manually Delete the Remanent Files of Spy Hunter

1. Delete invalid registry entries
* Click Start and Run
* Type in regedit in the dialog and click OK

* Find and delete registry entries of the program, such as in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Spy Hunter and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spy Hunter
2. Delete associated files and folders
First you need to show all hidden files in your computer.
* Open My Computer and select Folder Options.

* Find and delete files of the program, such as in C:\Program Files\Spy Hunter, C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Spy Hunter and C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spy Hunter
