Today is the first time I'm using the program which I purchased 12/2016 and is the first time I'm having the problem. I'm using an HP Laptop. I've scanned my computer and trying to "clean" it. When I click on "clean" program says to enter my License Code, which I did. It then tells me to "enter a correct code number". What am I doing wrong?

Hi Karen,

Thank you for posting your concern here.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble activating your product.

I would suggest the following suggestions given below.
  • Please make sure to copy and paste your license code properly without any extra spaces or invalid characters.
  • If you have entered the license key incorrectly, it will not work. Please Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) the key directly from this email into the field on the product.
  1. Kindly prepare the license key on your screen, please select hold left-click on your mouse and highlight the key phrase.
  2. Then please right-click, select Copy.
  3. Go to your product activation section and paste your license key.
  4. Right-click, select Paste.
  5. Please select activate.

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
