Notified that licensnøkkel is wrong every time. Do not get updated. Extremely annoying. Money back?

I bought a subscription with you in December. Are notified that PC must be treated, but do not get approved licensnøkkelen. Why? This is more irritation than a help. Can I get a refund? Need not something I can not get used !!!

Thanks for posting your concern is here.

I'm sorry to hear about activation problem.

I strongly suggest to copy and paste the key from your order number directly and paste it on your product properly without invalid characters or extra spaces.

Also check if you activate and use the product key to the right product, another product require different product code.
