Hello Peter,

If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal of your ReviverSoft product subscription, you can go to your confirmation page. Check your email inbox for it.

In any case, if you were unable to locate it, you can always contact support@reviversoft.com.

Regards,

Ryan

Hi Peter,

All the products of Reviversoft are easy to use and helps you to keep your PC up to date and secure.
For example,Security Reviver will scan your PC and identify security threats and vulnerabilities. Security Reviver can quickly and safely remove these threats and prevent them from reoccurring.

If you still don't want to use the services, I think you don't need to cancel your subscription as your license will remain active until its expiry date and it will not get auto renewed after that.

But if are referring to a refund of money for your bought product, you can contact the support team at the below link:

A representative will help you out in a timely manner.

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
